• Communication data — information you provide when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.

• Responding to your request and consultation — steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing services and performing the contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Website visit statistics and marketing — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Accounting and compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c‌) GDPR.

4. Data retention

Contact form data is sent to our email and stored in our request register. We keep it no longer than necessary for communication and cooperation, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example, for accounting documents).

5. Recipients of data

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data may be accessible to:

• our hosting provider (to operate the website and email);
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent to statistics cookies;
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) — only with your consent to marketing cookies;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent to marketing cookies.

Google and Meta data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA; these companies are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
